Location Stock

Use Location Stock for a snapshot of Item quantities.

• On Hand - Current On Hand quantity of an Item.
• Orders- Less any quantity on Open Orders.
• Batches- Less any quantity on Open Batches.
• Layaway- Less any quantity on Layaway.
• Prepaid- Less any quantity on Open Prepaids. This information is visible only if selected in Access Parameters in Merchant Ag FIN.
• Booking- Less any quantity on Open Bookings. This information is visible only if selected in Access Parameters in Merchant Ag FIN.
• Net Avail- Equals the Net Availability of the item.
• On Order- The quantity of the Item on Open Purchase Orders.
• In Transit- Any quantity of the item being transferred to the Location.
• To Transfer- Any quantity of the item being transferred from the Location.
• Location 1- Defined on the Sites tab of the item, the quantity in this Location.
• Location 2 - Defined on the Sites tab of the item, the quantity in this Location.

Totals- Each column is totaled.
